IS BEAUTIPURA® A CRUELTY-FREE BRAND?
BeautiPura's products are 100% cruelty-free; we do not test our products on animals and never ask any third parties to test on our behalf. Furthermore, as our brand is made in Europe and according to the EU, it is illegal to test on animals for the purposes of the cosmetic industry as of 2006. Hence, as a global brand, we are committed to being cruelty-free and will never test on animals.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?
The BeautiPura ingredients are handpicked from 35 tropical and subtropical regions around the globe, depending on where the source plant grows best. It's all extracted without using any chemicals and making sure to use advanced technology to naturally enhance ingredients, so you can be sure that what you put on your skin is truly pure.
WHAT IS ECOCERT?
ECOCERT is one of the largest certification organizations for certified natural and organic cosmetics based in France, with its operation in over 80 countries. ECOCERT is arguably one of the most stringent bodies for certifying organic cosmetics.
WHERE IS BEAUTIPURA® SKINCARE BASED?
The BeautiPura HQ is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All elements of our business, our lab, storage, and distribution are based in Dubai. Our manufacturing has moved to Europe for a higher standard for safety and quality. We continue to innovate with our skincare products and by sourcing the most active ingredients that will help you look your best.

IS BEAUTIPURA® SKINCARE DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED?
BeautiPura products are developed by dermatologists but in general dermatologists, testing is not a regulated requirement within skincare/cosmetics. However, BeautiPura adheres to strict European standards. All BeautiPura products meet the required guidelines of the European, as they are designed for safe use by consumers.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS I CAN USE?

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We are largely an online company and the best way to order from us is to place your order online and receive the shipment in the comfort of your home or through our brand ambassadors. Also, our products are available in several Salons, Spas, and Beauty Centers.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE ORDERS ON YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Not Obligatory, there is no requirement to create an account to place your order. You can place your order as a guest. However, it is advisable to create an account as it will make ordering in the future easier by remembering your details and getting some benefits from our Loyalty program.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE PAYMENT?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is incorrect or damaged. We ask that the products are returned unused and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Kindly check our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
- For our UAE customers, we offer a free delivery service for all orders.
- For the Middle East and GCC Countries, we offer free delivery for orders above 700AED. For orders, less than 700AED shipping cost is 31 AED.
- For international orders, from the USA, Canada, Europe Africa, and Australia, orders more than 545$ shipping is free. For orders, less than 545$ shipping cost is 50$.
In international shipments, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination’s country customs; those fees are the customer's responsibility, BeautiPura® is not related to it.
Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak in some countries, and some political and economic situations (Oil Price), our international shipping and shipping rates might be affected. Kindly contact us to get the latest update on shipping rates or keep checking from time to time here to get the updates.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IN UAE?
The time for us is a priority, so we have altered how our dispatch teams are operating.
- For all orders within the United Arab Emirates, we ship all orders placed before 5 PM - before 2 PM during Ramadan - on the same day. The order should get delivered on the next day by the distributor company. For orders placed after 5 PM - after 2 PM during Ramadan -, they are shipped the next day and delivered the day after by the distributor company. This may change, so; please check this page for the latest updates.
- For international orders, we usually ship orders within 1-2 days of receiving the order. However, shipping times vary depending on customs in both countries. We usually share the tracking number to ensure a smooth and quick delivery.
- Delivery in the United Arab Emirates usually takes from 1-2 days while international delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks.
MY ORDER IS LATE, HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Sorry for that!! You should receive your tracking number by e-mail after you made your order. Alternatively, you can contact us. We will be pleased to assist you!
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
When you place and pay for an order with us you will receive an email confirming your order. If you haven't received the confirmation email within an hour of placing your order then please first check your Spam/Trash emails, as our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us as your order may not have been completed successfully.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming it has been shipped, including tracking number details so you can track your order. If you haven't received an email from us within 2 working days of placing your order, please first check your Spam/Trash folder in your email, as our emails sometimes end up there. If you have an account in Loyalty Program, you can also check if your order has shipped by logging in to your account and checking the status.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY INFORMATION?
Unfortunately, we can't change the order information once your order has been confirmed and processed. Please ensure the correct full name, postcodes, address, contact details, and email are entered correctly, and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.
