DELIVERY TIMING

The time for us is a priority, so we have altered how our dispatch teams are operating.

• For all orders within the United Arab Emirates, we ship all orders placed before 5 PM - before 2 PM during Ramadan - on the same day. The order should get delivered on the next day by the distributor company. For orders placed after 5 PM - after 2 PM during Ramadan -, they are shipped the next day and delivered the day after by the distributor company. This may change, so; please check this page for the latest updates.
• For international orders, we usually ship orders within 1-2 days of receiving the order. However, shipping times vary depending on customs in both countries. We usually share the tracking number to ensure a smooth and quick delivery.

 

• Delivery in the United Arab Emirates usually takes from 1-2 days while international delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks.

 

FREE DELIVERY OFFER

• For our UAE customers, we offer a free delivery service for all orders.
• For the Middle East and GCC Countries, we offer free delivery for orders above 700AED. For orders, less than 700AED shipping cost is 31 AED.
• For international orders, from the USA, Canada, Europe Africa, and Australia, orders more than 545$ shipping is free. For orders, less than 545$ shipping cost is 50$.

In international shipments, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination’s country customs; those fees are the customer's responsibility, BeautiPura® is not related to it.

Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak in some countries, and some political and economic situations (Oil Price), our international shipping and shipping rates might be affected. Kindly contact us to get the latest update on shipping rates or keep checking from time to time here to get the updates.

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the skincare products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is incorrect or damaged. We ask that the products are returned unused and in the original packaging to receive a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returns are sent back to us within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Kindly follow the below steps for your return items:

1. Download, fill and email us the returns form..
2. Email us the proof of purchase, it is required for a refund.
3. Ensure the products are returned unused and in the original packaging. You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label.
4. An image showing proof of the damaged or the incorrect product, the photo must be sent to us to be examined by the BeautiPura® quality.

 

BeautiPura® does not refund original shipping costs with the return; the customer will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

To return the products, please send them to BeautiPura FZ-LLC, Dubai Science Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Kindly ensure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned products and inspect them by our Quality Team. Kindly note that we are not responsible for lost packages.

Once we received the returned product and we inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase, not to a different one within 7-10 working days. Please note that we do not accept refunds to a new or different credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

In case of late or missing refunds, kindly re-check your bank statement then contact your credit card company; It may take some time before it will be credited to your account or contact your bank and verify with them the bank processing time prior to posting the refund on your account.
