As a member of our Loyalty Program, you earn points on the first-time signing up. You will get points also for every dirham you spend on our skincare products, sharing your - before & after - photos or video testimonials of your favorite BeautiPura products, and referring friends.

Earned points will automatically be credited to your account 7 days from the date the order is dispatched. Any time you earn points, you will receive an email confirming your points credit. You'll build up points that can be redeemed at your pace throughout the year.

Register

As a member of our Loyalty Program, you earn points on the first-time signing up. You will automatically get 20 points to get started once register. That's equivalent to spending AED 100!  

Order

Get points also for every dirham you spend on our online skincare products, for each 5 AED you earn 1 point, collect 200 points, and receive an AED 150 gift voucher.

Share your - before & after - photos, or video testimonials of your favorite BeautiPura products for our online ads and get 20 points.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Loyalty terms & conditions scheme is owned and operated by BeautiPura FZ-LLC ("We," “Us,” “Our” or “BeautiPura”). We are registered in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai under company trade license number 97084 with registered office at DSP Laboratory Complex, Dubai Science Park – Dubai.
2. 2. These terms and conditions govern the use of loyalty program points and set out the contract terms between you and BeautiPura.
3. 3. Use of the loyalty program implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use.
4. 4. BeautiPura reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business, or notice reasons. Members of this loyalty program who continue to participate in the loyalty program following notification of such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
5. 5. BeautiPura may suspend or terminate this loyalty program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. The loyalty program members will be notified in such an event, and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.

About BeautiPura® Loyalty Program

1. 1. You can apply to the loyalty program by filling the loyalty program form on the website and register to become a loyalty program member and earn points on qualifying purchases.
2. 2. BeautiPura reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason and without liability.
3. 3. If you register to become a loyalty program member, you should provide your name, address, email address, and marketing preference.
4. 4. You must ensure that the details you provide us are correct, complete, and not inappropriate in any way. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of points, or promotional codes incurred due to out-of-date details.

Termination or Suspension

1. 1. BeautiPura may terminate any loyalty program member's account should the account be inactive for a period of 24 months.
2. 2. BeautiPura reserves the right to suspend or terminate any loyalty program member’s account, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the loyalty program member has breached these Terms and Conditions, or if the loyalty program member has supplied false or misleading information, or if we consider that the loyalty program member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other loyalty program member or to any member of staff. This list is not exhaustive.

The Program management

1. Loyalty program accounts can be managed by contacting or emailing Customer Care (Saturday to Wednesday 10-6) (Thursday 10-4), or loyalty program members can check their balance by logging into their account and checking their balance.
2. Loyalty program points issued or redeemed may take up to 7days to be applied to the member’s loyalty program account.
3. Loyalty program accounts, points, vouchers, or promotional codes cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or in any way traded.

The Program

1. The number or percentage of loyalty program points issued for a product may vary from time to time at BeautiPura’ sole discretion.
2. Loyalty program points have no cash value. It will not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
3. Loyalty program points awarded at the time of the transaction may be removed or cancelled if BeautiPura determines that the loyalty program points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error.
4. BeautiPura is entitled to remove loyalty program points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent loyalty program points value.
5. At its sole discretion, BeautiPura may exclude products from the loyalty program.
6. Loyalty program points expire 12 months after the last activity on the loyalty program i.e. accruing or redeeming loyalty program points.

The personal data

1. All personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
2. By registering for the loyalty program, you agree that BeautiPura may update you by email with service messages for the loyalty program. In addition, if you opt-in to receive marketing communications, you will also receive marketing emails, promotional offers, news, and updates from us.

Intellectual Property

1. BeautiPura is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the loyalty program. All such rights are reserved.
